We provide a preventative, primary care type of legal service. We can assist our clients in every subject matter, but the scope of our services does not include litigation. We can help you:
- Solve legal problems before they require litigation
- Hold copies of all important legal documents (leases, work contracts, credit agreements, etc.)
- Provide legal information and counseling to empower clients
- Perform investigation and documentation of potential legal issues
- Prepare clients to represent themselves in administrative hearings or in small claims court
- Provide a referral service to a competent legal aid group or private attorney if the case requires litigation

While many non-profit legal service providers in the city do good work, they limit eligibility for services to specific types of cases and specific types of clients. To us however, creating a relationship of trust with our clients in the context of an ongoing relationship is of paramount concern. That's why we want to operate as a one-stop shop that will serve the legal needs of the entire community, in any subject matter, at times convenient to our clients. We want our clients to feel like they can depend on us, and we want to simplify the process of obtaining legal services so that never again will community members be confused about where they can find help. For cases that require litigation, we will use our extensive connections and local knowledge to find lawyers that fit our client's budgets and who will prosecute their cases effectively.
